A legally binding contract is formed between you and VANDERWALT LTD only when we have processed your payment and sent a formal order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

• Delivery & Collection Policy: Governs shipping methods, collection slots in Haywards Heath (RH16), lead times, and transit responsibility.

• Cancellations & Refund Policy: Details your rights regarding order changes, cancellations, and our process for quality complaints.

• Allergen & Product Care Policy: Important safety information regarding the 14 major allergens and instructions on how to store your bakes.

• Privacy Policy: Outlines how we handle and protect your personal data.

 

4. Payments

• Website Orders: Full payment is required at checkout via our secure payment processor.

• Custom Orders: Subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before collection.

• Orders are only confirmed and added to our baking schedule once the required payment has cleared.

 

5. Liability

• Our total liability to you for any order is strictly limited to the total price paid for that order.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment or event disruption.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, or utility failure).
